Action Roadmaps involve the generation of a portfolio of future-oriented managerial actions around four dimensions, namely context, people, process and impact. The method involves producing a set of multi-level and multi-stakeholder actions to address a previously identified and prioritised set of critical issues at strategic, tactical or operational levels.
